In an intimate group of five, the Fireside Chat will draw out the passion, wisdom, and expertise – and commitment – of individuals at the conference for the development of themselves and of the places they work in service of the conference purpose. In this first session, the coaches will define the purpose of the fireside chat as moments of coming together and make sense of the many concepts from the day to distill important insights for the work ahead. We will also explore ground rules, schedules, and time commitment.
